Not the best of health days.

Up nice and early as Dee had to be in the shop and I'm still helping her to get dressed and she's helping me. Both of us are struggling today, Dee can hardly move her arms and when she does she lets out a cry of pain. Steroid injection for her on Wednesday which will hopefully help a bit and an MRI at the end of the month.

Absolute agony for me getting downstairs this morning (and for the past week actually, going through a bad patch I think) every muscle and bone seems to be aching like mad and my movements seem so slow. Even struggled giving Loki his morning fuss. And my brain is so fatigued trying to plan and perform my actions, I've had to make about 10 corrections to this entry already lol, just mentally exhausted.

Well Dee got ready for her morning shift in the Makers Store and after she left I decided to have a chopped salad breakfast of Celery, Cucumber, Radishes, Chestnut Mushrooms, Tomatoes and shared a tin of Sardines with Loki, half to him and half in my salad with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Lovely if I say so myself.

But then Dee phoned and said she was on her way home as there was some confusion over the shop roster and someone else had turned up and she has to do tomorrow instead. She said she'd make us some breakfast when she got back :-)    so I just had some scrambled egg.

Click the picture of either of the Makers Store to go to the website, I'm not sure if it's up to date though and the third picture is my disabled man's aid to making salads.

After breakfast and medications (which haven't really done much at all today) I forced myself to drive my chair down to the bottom of the garden and tidy up what is going to be my tomato and strawberry growing area when I can get someone in to do some small building jobs for me, but although I was out in the gorgeous sunlight for a few hours I can't think what I actually accomplished.

I did photograph the clematis though and a butterfly (but I deleted the butterfly pic as it was crap) and I think I've got an idea of a plan for my tomato plot and my strawberries will be in my Trug which Jake (my son) moved for me when he was here at Easter.

Not actually mine.
